I actually barely got around to integrating the Flash API into most of my animations on here this past week. I did think of bringing up the idea of releasing it on newgrounds with the Flahsh API, but I think it contradicts the message kidthing is trying to send out. The kidthing application is ad free, and it's meant to be safe for kids, so they can't venture out to harmful websites while parents are not watching. There's also a lot of legal stuff to take into consideration, while I would most definitely integrate the API if it were my own content, I think for a company like kidthing, it be best not to do. The reason this has been leaked on YouTube is for awareness of the kidthing app, not necessarily to make money, because the Countdown to Christmas is completely free.

So what's the exact reason you can't upload it? Like company policy or something? I think it looks rather solid, apart from the smoke at the start, haha. You should have frame by framed it a bit better.

Thanks! Yeah, they own it pretty much. Also, everything I work on has a NDA(non-disclosure agreement), so I can't talk about anything until it is out. So a lot of upcoming projects or exciting stuff, I have to keep to myself until they are released into Kidthing's store. I'm trying to get them to upload more preview stuff on YouTube. Some of the stuff we do is really cool, but people don't know because it's not really out there on the web.
